Can you make restaurant and cafe table tops to custom sizes?
Yes. We specialise in made-to-measure solid oak table tops for restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, pubs, bars and other hospitality venues. We can manufacture individual replacement table tops or multiple matching tops for a larger commercial order.

What type of wood do you use?
Our standard material is premium-grade, full-stave solid oak. This provides the natural grain, character and appearance of real wood throughout the thickness of the table or table top, rather than a thin decorative veneer over another material.
Solid oak can also be sanded and refinished over time. For certain projects, we can offer alternative woods, including ash, beech and walnut, depending on the design and requirements.
What finish do you use on your solid oak tables?
Our standard finish is Rubio Monocoat, a high-quality wood finish that protects the surface while retaining the natural appearance and texture of solid oak.
It offers good resistance to everyday wear and spills when properly maintained, making it a practical choice for dining tables and table tops in restaurants, cafes and other hospitality settings. As with any wood finish, appropriate cleaning and maintenance are important.
We offer a selection of colours, from light, natural oak tones to deeper brown and charcoal shades, allowing you to choose an appearance that suits your interior.
Can I order a table top without a base?
Yes. We supply solid oak table tops separately from their bases, which is particularly useful for hospitality businesses replacing existing restaurant or cafe table tops.
Table tops can be made to your required dimensions and specifications. If you plan to use an existing base, we can discuss its dimensions and mounting arrangement before manufacturing.
Can I see wood and finish samples before ordering?
Yes. We offer wood samples and finish swatches to help customers assess the natural appearance of solid oak and compare different finishes.
Samples are particularly helpful when choosing a colour to complement existing furniture, flooring or a restaurant interior, as wood finishes can appear different under different lighting conditions.
Do you offer delivery throughout the UK?
Yes. We offer delivery across mainland UK, including England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery costs depend on your location and the size and nature of your order, and will be included in your quotation.
Our furniture is manufactured in our North London workshop. Please include your delivery postcode when enquiring so we can assess the arrangements and costs for your project.
Can you make furniture from my own design or sketch?
Yes. Alongside our established table designs, we undertake selected bespoke furniture commissions. These can involve unusual table shapes, individual construction requirements or completely custom furniture designs.
If you have a sketch, photograph or reference design, you can send it with your enquiry. We'll review the requirements and discuss whether the project is suitable for our workshop. You can explore our process for more information.
