A racetrack-shaped dining table, made to precise dimensions provided by the customer, with careful attention given to the length of the straight sections and the positioning of the curves to achieve a well-balanced overall form.
The top is crafted from 24mm solid prime oak, with 60cm radius corners that create the flowing ‘racetrack’ shape. A bullnose edge profile, formed with an 11mm radius to both the top and bottom edges, softens the look and provides a comfortable, tactile finish.
Tapered solid oak legs, taken from our ATO 55 dining table design and set at 45 degrees, complement the gentle curves of the top. Together, these elements create a sense of organic flow while maintaining a clean Scandinavian modern aesthetic.
The table was coated in a clear, satin hardwax oil, providing a durable and attractive finish.
